We recommend that you make a reservation, at least one week in advance, to ensure an appointment is available on the day and at the time you prefer. Appointments can be booked online, or by phone at 1.617.615.3975.

We recommend booking the most basic facial we offer, the LUMAE Signature Facial, if you are a new customer. Your first facial appointment will include a consultation with our esthetician and you have the option to select an alternate facial treatment, if you choose, at the time of service.

We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you have time to park, get settled, and complete any necessary paperwork.

Lumae is located within walking distance from the Newtonville Commuter Rail station.

Since treatments are reserved especially for you, we require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) and 'no-shows' will be charged in full.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, in addition to debit cards, cash, and checks.

Free 2 hour parking is available on Newtonville Ave. and metered parking is available on nearby Bowers St.

• Sundays: LUMAÉ will open one Sunday per month. Check booking schedule for available hours.*
